Cheesy Spinach Dip Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
16 oz penne rigate, cooked al dente
1 cup sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
½ cup milk
3 tbsp dry ranch seasoning mix
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
3 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet, mix sour cream, cream cheese, milk, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Stir in spinach and chicken.
Add pasta and mix well. Top with mozzarella.
Bake for 10-12 mins, broil for 2 mins.
