It is no secret that I adore Oreos. I even have an entire Pinterest board dedicated solely to the Oreo recipes I find. This pie is amazing. Even my husband (who's not really big on Oreos) went back for more. I brought it over when we had dinner with another couple and it must have stuck in their minds because they brought it up several times during the weeks that followed that fateful dinner. It's easy enough to put together and it's sure to be a hit at any party. It is my philosophy that you can't go wrong with Oreos!
INGREDIENTS:
2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O OREO Flavor Instant Pudding
2-1/2 cups cold milk
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
5 OREO Cookies, cut in half
DIRECTIONS:
1) BEAT pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 min. Stir in half the Cool Whip.
2) POUR into crust.
3) REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Top with remaining Cool Whip and cookies just before serving.
